Our Quality Control Manual has been prepared to meet our customer requirements  . Changes and revisions are to be made and maintained by the Quality Control Manager.

A change or revision sheet will be filed in the QC. Manual following the Forward, listing the change by Procedure, Paragraph and date of revision. A copy of all revisions will be forwarded to all QC. Manual holders in a timely manner.

The quality procedures herein stated will become effective upon release and will supersede earlier issues.
